Originally from Bulgaria. RARE. Seeds sent to Gary Ibsen by the daughter
of Emil Lalev, from Bulgaria in 2019. Named after Emil's mother, Danka, who inherited the seeds from her grandmother. Emil began cultivating this tomato
variety with his mother when he was a child in communist Bulgaria. "These are the first pink tomatoes that came to Bulgaria toward the end of the communist regime in the eighties."
Indeterminate, tall, regular leaf plants
produce 12-20 oz., oblate, beautiful, pink tomatoes with delicious,
well-balanced, rich, complex flavors. A cherished legacy offered to
those who appreciate exceptional tomato flavors.
